Article 1 : Le Quick Start


Maxi Printer Movements
 
⚠️

 ATTENTION avant tout déplacement, vérifier que les stabilisateurs, la flèche et le bras soient bien repliés (cf « Stabilisateurs de la MaxiPrinter » et « Flèche et bras de la MaxiPrinter »)

Before moving, ensure the path is clear. Start the motor using the button, then follow the handle instructions:

WARNING: Before any movement, ensure that the outtriggers, boom, and jib are fully retracted (see « Maxi Printer Outtriggers » and « Maxi Printer Boom and Jib»)

Orientation f the legs for machine lifting:

WARNING ensure the hook is oriented inward toward the outside.

For all lifting operations, contact the technical support team before operating.

WARNING: When a pin is not secured:

➢ The outtrigger extension may collapse and crush a foot or cut fingers.

➢ The mobile part of the outtrigger may fall and strike a person or crush/jam objects..


Outtrigers deployment:
Machine Connection (see Category: Connections) and startup of the machine

WARNING: When lowering or raisingt the outtriggers, ensure no people or objects are in the path of movement.

Lever movements to Deploy/Retract the boom
and jib :


⚠️

WARNING: When the boom and jib are fully retracted, press the arm first. Once this is completed, the boom and arm can be deployed.

Press the Crane button, then the Main button, then start the motor for the following operations:

Press the Crane button, then the Jib button, then start the motor for the following operations:

How to unlock the latch:


⚠️

WARNING: When unlocking and retracting the printing head, guide the movement to prevent the head from impacting objects or people.

file manipulation and generation.

Preparation for Printing
⚠️
WARNING: Check the condition of all the cables and pipes before
connecting them.

connections :
➢ Electrical : machine power, pump power
➢ Concrete tube (see next section)
➢ Pump water tubes
➢ Flexible compressor

During AirPrint :

⚠️
WARNING: Keep your hand on the emergency stop button. Press immediately without delay in case of an anomaly during AirPrint.


Check the distance between the nozzle and the ground during the first layer to avoid contact with the ground.
